Artificial sweeteners and food colorants their hazardous impact on human health

The article also explores how these sweeteners might affect the body, such as their possible influence on blood sugar levels, weight gain, gut bacteria, heart health, and cancer risk. 

The assessment also looks at the safety and possible harmful effects of food colorants, paying special attention to the rules that govern their use and the health risks linked to synthetic colorants like rhodamine B and tartrazine. Because they have fewer calories, sugar-free foods are quite popular now. For that reason, the food industry often uses low-calorie artificial sweeteners instead of regular sugar. Aspartame, acesulfame-K, neotame, cyclamate, and alitame have all been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for use, as long as they are consumed within the recommended daily intake level. The conclusion highlights the importance of being careful with how much of these sweeteners people consume, especially for children and pregnant women.
